All products including full truckloads can be purchased directly on our website.

Important for First Time Buyers
Before your first order is processed
• Our Customer Service Team will contact you by phone to review our purchasing conditions
• A partial payment by e transfer, EFT or wire may be required
• After the partial payment is received, the remaining balance is captured on your credit card
For all future orders you can purchase online without manual verification.

Payment Options
• E transfer, EFT and bank transfers accepted without fees
• Credit card payments during online checkout with a single card have no fee
• A 3.5% fee applies only for offline card payments such as manual invoices or multiple card payments
• Billing address must match the payment method
Shipping Across Canada
We ship anywhere in Canada.
• Shipping rates for pallet lots and gaylords appear directly in the checkout estimator
• Truckload delivery can be arranged with support from our team
• Gaylords are stackable and maximize truckload capacity
• Pallets are not stackable and require more floor space
Export buyers may export goods once delivered to a Canadian address.
Pickup Information
• Pickup is by appointment only
• After your order is paid, our team emails you within 24 to 48 business hours to schedule pickup
• Pickup hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM
• Dock height must be at least 42 inches
• Orders must be picked up within 5 business days
