Pickup Instructions
Clients must email us at least 2 business days in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays) with the pickup date and the name of the carrier, transport company, or driver collecting the order. Pickup requests are not processed automatically.
Your carrier must provide the Order ID at pickup. Failure to do so will result in refusal without exception.
A Bill of Lading (BOL) is not mandatory. However, if your transporter uses one, a copy must be emailed to us at least 2 business days before pickup and must include the pickup date, order number(s), total pallet count, ship-from address, ship-to address, and carrier name.
Pickup must occur within 5 business days of this email. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be cancelled.

Go directly to an available loading dock and ring the doorbell.

Driver must sign in at “Shipping & Receiving at the Back of the Building”.

Important – Pickup Requirements
Only dock-level trucks are accepted. Minimum deck height: 42 inches.
Accepted: 53’ trailers, 26’ dock-level box trucks, straight trucks.
Not accepted: pickup trucks, vans, SUVs, trailers, or moving trucks (U-Haul, Penske, Budget).
Estimated dimensions and weight
• Gaylord: 40" × 48" × 48", approx. 600 lbs
• Pallet: 40" × 48" × 84", approx. 900 lbs
• Double Pallet: 96" × 48" × 84", approx. 1,500 lbs
Additional notes
• Warehouse access is not permitted.
• Each order must be picked up in 1 single trip. Partial pickups are not allowed.
• Missed or late arrivals may result in cancellation or fees.
